The Lead Warehouse Picker Packer will oversee the fulfillment of customer orders to ensure the customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11:30pm
Role Responsibilities:
• Responsible to properly train and lead Warehouse Pick Packers to pick with accuracy and preparing orders for shipping
• Accurately pick products according to order, either manually or with electronic scanning devices
• Prepare product for shipping by packing in delivery boxes
• Lifts, stacks, and arranges product on a pallet in preparation for shipment
• Generates labels and prepares paperwork necessary for order shipment
• Responsible for the accuracy of orders and pick tickets to confirm correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area
• Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; operate all warehouse equipment, perform daily safety inspections prior to first use
Skills and Other Requirements:
• 2+ years work experience in a similar role as a Lead
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have computer experience
• Must be comfortable using email and shipping systems to generate orders & labels
• Must be able to walk, bend, lift, reach and stoop, and stand for various amounts of time during work shift
• Must be able to repetitively lift 50+lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Fill in for other positions as needed
