Robert Half has an outstanding opportunity for a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Coordinator to join the team at a recognized company in the Service industry. Your responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Coordinator will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. What You’ll Do
• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
• Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances, preparing checks
• Researches, resolves, and communicates any discrepancies or outstanding balances on vendor accounts, including telephone, mail, or email correspondence
• Prepares monthly and year-end close duties related to AP
• Implements and maintains systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines
