Full Job Description The Operations Coordinator is a key empire protector for our growing expansion empire. We are looking for a master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader in the Expansion Hub, the Operations Coordinator increases the ability of the Hub to process transactions, freeing the Network Agents to focus more on generating transactions than closing them. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems.
As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the Expansion Network Owner’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.
Real Estate and/or recruiting experience is preferred.
What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
• Build, implement, and manage all systems for Transaction Management and client communication.
• Oversee the transaction management system for all teams and ensure top customer service.
• Creates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
• Responsible for the attraction of new agents and hitting recruiting goals.
• Collaborates on the onboarding process for new expansion locations, experienced agents, and new agents.
• Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports for transaction/recruiting purposes.
• Holds the TC department accountable.
• Assist the Director of Growth with recruiting goals as necessary.
• Leads morning huddle calls.
• Keeps the expansion calendar up to date with training.

• Leading administrative department members (as appropriate to organizational structure)
• Leading Opportunity Nights/Career fairs
• Becoming knowledgeable with network value proposition in order to attract new agents recruits

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
