Job Summary:
Client Service Representatives are the "face" of Avalon. They are who the clients, and the potential walk in clients, see when projects are picked up and dropped off. CSR’s are responsible for maintaining relationships with customers by ensuring that customer needs are met. The CSR is a vital link between the clients and both the production and sales teams. The CSR is responsible for overseeing all aspects of jobs from pickup and delivery, to job write ups, and small account and walk in client quoting.
Job Responsibilities:

Pickup and delivery of each project on time, every time
• Assist and service all walk in clients
• Obtaining all client instructions for projects at time of pick up and communicating them to the production team
• Check that all materials needed for each project are in house and arrange for purchase of any specialty items that are not on hand
• Pricing and invoicing of each project
• Job write ups
• Price quoting for: new clients, walk in clients and small accounts
• Exception report resolution
• Manage final checks of all jobs before they leave service
• Upkeep of the service area including proper service supply inventory
• Maintaining company vehicle, communicate any cost related items to Director of Service
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude towards clients, team members and vendors at all times without exception
• Must follow specific SOPs as described in service manual
• Must display the upmost respect to other vehicles and pedestrians and refrain from any altercations or aggressive actions at all times while driving a company vehicle
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

High school equivalent or better preferred
• Possess strong time management, communication, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to operate desktop computer, scanner and other common office equipment including copiers, printers, etc.
• Basic math and computer knowledge
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Must be able to stand for 6-7 hours a day and lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Clean driving record preferred
