Description
The Tampa office is looking to hire an entry level recruiter to help attract candidates for our clients. We are looking for a critical thinker and relationship builder, someone who is an attentive listener with exceptional communication skills. Sourcing and interviewing applicants on the most critical-to-fill positions in the Tampa Bay area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
t Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill open positions.
t Coordinate with hiring managers to identify, manage, and fulfill staffing needs.
t Administer and promote best practices in interview and selection procedures.
t Assess, track, and manage communication for all active candidates.
t Review and respond to applications in a timely manner.
t Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions, share market intel, and promote awareness of qualified, available talent.
t Employ long-term recruiting strategies, developing strong talent pipelines for current and future
hiring needs.
t Develop trusting relationships with hiring managers and potential hires.

Basic Skills:

Travel Requirements:
<10% -Occasional travel to annual conference or trainings.
Educational / Experience
t 0-1 year of experience.
t Proven success in sales and/or recruitment within a staffing agency highly desired.
t Bachelor's Degree required.
Technical Skills:
t Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
