Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Outreach Representative in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities of the Customer Outreach Representative:
• The Customer Outreach Representative will outreach to 600+ customers requesting they fill out a Data Access Agreement (DAA) for a 3rd party partner
• Find the correct practice in SF
• Send them the DocuSign agreement to sign
• As a Customer Outreach Representative, you will contact a 3rd party partner, if there is an issue with the DAA
• Ensure that the person who signed the agreement is an appropriate signer (admin or owner)
• Save a copy of the DAA to the Salesforce Account for our records
• The Customer Outreach Representative will add the DAA to a designated SharePoint site
• Update the list of signed DAAs so that Dev for release to the IRIS/3rd party database
• Salesforce experience would be nice
• DocuSign experience
• Previous CSR experience
