COMPETITIVE PAY Base pay: 46-48cpm for new drivers.  Where you are on that scale depends on experience. Weekly mileage target: 2,500 2 cpm safety bonus paid quarterly $2,000 sign-on bonus ($500 paid four times during first year) 1 cpm annual retention bonus 50% 401k match up to 3% of gross wages Weekly pay by direct deposit HOME-TIME AS YOU WISH Want to be home on the weekends?
