Job Description:
Tampa client is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Social Response Representatives to assist with the execution of customer response efforts across social media channels. This position will join a budding team that will focus its efforts on responding to inbound customer concerns and questions related to our identity verification services.
If you are passionate about providing great customer support over social media and have a drive to work in a fast-paced startup environment, this would be the ideal opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to customer concerns and inquiries related to support through all social channels (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, review sites, etc)
Identify and report on trends in member issues and questions
Help make suggestions for improvement to the response system and associated content
Escalate customers to technical support teams as needed if troubleshooting is required
Qualifications
Previous experience drafting written communications to customers
Familiarity with social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A passion and drive for working in a fast-paced startup environment
