This Human Resource Assistant is a contract-to-full-time opportunity located in the Tampa, FL and Irving, TX. The Human Resource Assistant must be ready to work as soon as possible, we are looking to fully this role very soon. The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for the full range of recruiting.
Human Resource Assistant Daily Role Includes: Scheduling interview and coordinate travel arrangements if needed Interviewing various levels of candidates for particular roles needed Understand the needs of the Recruiting Hiring Manager be able to communicate to Candidates and Hiring Manager within a timely matter Creating internal/external posts to keep status updated Analyze job requirements to execute proper recruiting skills
