Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking an Training & Development Coordinator to join our team. We desire qualified, optimistic team members that enjoy a fast-paced, high energy environment. To be successful in this role, you must have the required knowledge, experience, administrative/financial aptitude, and a desire to grow within the Defense Industry.
The Training & Development Coordinator ’s primary focus is oversight and management of Quiet Professionals, LLC training that is specifically aimed at aligning employee performance with company strategic initiatives and goals. This position will participate in and assist with various projects and events throughout the company as necessary. This position will report the Director of Human Resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups and communication with employees.
• Creates, organizes, plans and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation and skills training for employees.
• Develop unique training programs to fulfill workers’ specific needs to maintain or improve job skills ; utilizing the steps of identifying, content creation , p lanning, execution and measuring effectiveness
• Coordinate with m anagers to identify and facilitate the identification and development of employee training curriculums to prepare employees for growth opportunities and achieve business goals
• Creates and/ or acquires training procedures manuals , guides, and course material
• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, simulations, and desktop learning
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments and retraining requirements
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback
• Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development
• Other duties or projects as assigned.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Associate degree (Bachelor preferred) from an accredited college or university; 1 – 2 years of Training experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of MS Office and web-based tools such as HRIS and LMS .
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills; ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated, ability to multi-task/manage many projects simultaneously; Shift priorities as needed.
• Must be able to work independently and also be a team player; Extreme attention to detail is needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
