Classification: Mortgage Lender - Support
Compensation: $13.50 to $14.00 hourly
Performs routine clerical or job data entry functions within mortgage operations or servicing departments. Sorts and files correspondence loan documents and other records in alphabetic or numerical order or according to a specific loan. Retrieves archived files. Processes paperwork gathers and verifies data and transfers data into a standard format. Generates correspondence and routine reports answers incoming telephone calls responds to routine customer inquiries and performs a variety of clerical duties.
Job Requirements
Sorts and files correspondence loan documents and other records in terminal digit order. Check loan documents into our file and document tracking system. Must be able to lift 35 to 40 pound boxes and stand to file for long periods while using a step stool or ladder when needed. May perform other clerical duties. High school diploma.
