Responsibilities
• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as required.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
• Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
• Assisting clients with policy changes and updating account information.
Requirements
• 4-40, 20-44, or 220 License Required.
• Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service experience required.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
