Clinical Registered Nurse - Perioperative Internship - October 2021 - St. Joseph's Hospital North
Required RN Experience is 1-2 years in an Acute Care Inpatient Hospital setting or previous experience as a Surgical Technologist .
Must live within 30 mins of the Hospital.
Internship program begins Monday October 4, 2021

The Clinical Nurse II - OR independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization. Also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned. Required Experience includes 1 year acute care experience or 1 year interventional / procedural experience or 6 months RN acute care or interventional / procedural experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment. Preferred Experience includes 1 year Interventional/Perioperative Internship.
