Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide guidance and oversight to system and system engineers in daily and project activities
• Provide escalation support for engineers
• Coordinate efforts with technology departments
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge to customer and application support departments
• Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications or design, install, configure, and maintain technical infrastructure for the organization
• Support and or install software applications operating systems
• Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software
• Coordinate technology efforts between departments a degree of latitude is expected
• Providing technical guidance and knowledge to customer and application support departments
