GlassBox or IBM tea leaf experience
Strong application support experience (3-4 years experience in prod support role in a fast paced environment.)
Strong Unix environment support experience (4+ years experience in UNIX/Linux/ environment with strong troubleshooting skills. Unix scripting/ Debugging expertise required.)
3+ years experience deployment of applications, monitoring, providing l2/l3 production support experience with needful analysis/debugging / programming/scripting skills at application level using platforms like JAVA, Python any other and ability /experience to provide quick fixes essential.
Person with good application monitoring/analysis and debugging/ customer analytics skills. Any experience in using application monitoring tools will be added advantage.
Person with good Incident/outage/problem management skills. Person to be able to analyze criticality of the issue and escalate if needed.
Good attitude and fast learner.
