Description:
This position assists under leadership of more experienced staff to input and create a requisition or movement request for purchase order and inventory material for company projects.
Organize and process data relating to purchase orders and inventory items
Check and verify inventory supply
Create and manipulate spreadsheets
Identify and correct data entry errors
Manage and organize records and files
Compile, verify and sort information to prepare for computer entry
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Learn and identify a variety of material used by the company
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have
Associates or Bachelors degree
construction or Engineering Co-op environment
Excel experience
Prefer
Forecasting experience
Nice to have
Oracle
Power plan
Utility or pipeline experience (Natural gas, power)
