The successful candidate will have risk management experience within an expanding function responsible for designing, implementing and leading an enhanced strategic control framework for escalation procedures (including board level escalation) across Citigroup.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create deliverables within the MMRE program, including business and data requirements, process documentation (including visual process flows), design of workflow and detailed analysis to define escalation rules, testing and validation, and end user training documentation.
• Implement controls to enhance integrity of key management reporting working with Risk, Finance Compliance and O&T
• Ensure teams understand business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address the gaps
• Creation of detailed requirements, working through solutions and managing execution and rollout of these solutions, in the context of an overall consistent global platform
• Project management skillset preferred
• Problem solving approach and ability to work well under pressure
Qualifications and Competencies:
• 8+ years’ financial services implementation experience or related risk and control function
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• Strong ability in interacting with and collaborating with senior business stakeholders
• Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
• Excellent oral and written communications skills; Must be articulate and persuasive.
• Proficiency in workflow management / implementation and corresponding technology (Appian, ServiceNow, Pega) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint and Visio.
