Job Status: Full-time, Evaluation Hire after 90 days
Schedule: Monday thru Friday (Days)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform minor fixes such as repairing locks, doors, minor drywall repairs, minor plumbing issues, minor HVAC, assist the hotel management on coordinating repairs and the need for contractor assistance. Change light bulbs, stock toiletries, replenish supplies and convey needs to owners.
Experience Required:
Prior maintenance experience required, HS diploma or GED, able to work independently, ability to take instruction from others, dependable and committed to being a part of a team.
Pay: $15.00 hourly to start
