Full Job Description QUALIFICATIONS
1.High school diploma or G.E.D.
2.Associate Degree, Minimum of 48 credited college hours or Pass a state approved test.
3.Has met the requirements of a criminal record check as specified by Kentucky State law and other requirements as specified in district policy.
4.Must demonstrate and/or develop skills to operate office and educational equipment.
5.Demonstrates competent language skills.
6.Some experience working with children in an organized setting.
REPORTS TO: Supervising teacher and principal.
JOB GOAL:
To assist a certified teacher in providing instruction and/or supervision to individual students or students in small groups, monitor student progress, and generally help students be successful.
