Full Job Description • Identified position
• Fixed term, full-time until 31/8/2021; and part time, fixed term (16.25 hours) per week until 30/6/2022
• 6 weeks annual leave (FTE) with 17.5% leave loading
• TSIRC gazetted holidays

About the opportunity
This role is fixed term, full time until 31/8/2022 and then part time, fixed term (16.25 hours per week) until 30/6/2022. You will be responsible for high-quality customer service achieved through effective administration for the community.
To be considered for this role you must have:
• A strong commitment to provide high quality customer service and administrative duties.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Need to be able to follow instructions, pay attention to detail and the ability to pick up new office systems and software quickly.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Certificate III in Business would be highly regarded.
• A current (open and unrestricted) driver's licence is desirable.
• The ability to be culturally responsive by demonstrating an understanding of the issues affecting Torres Strait Islander people and communicating with sensitivity and effectiveness.
