Job Summary:
As a dnata Ground Service Agent, you will play an important part in helping flights run on schedule by providing effective and efficient ground support services, including but not limited to:
• Guiding inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting passenger bags and cargo to/from aircraft, bag carts, dollies, and conveyor belts.
• Driving and/or operating support equipment, such as tow tractors, tow bars, belt loaders, container loaders, baggage tugs, and more.
• Maintaining safety and security on the ramp and practicing all safety policies and procedures.
• Communicating efficiently with ground personnel and flight crews.
• Maintaining an understanding of and following all applicable federal, state, airport, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Working with other departments to ensure on-time performance of flights.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without accommodations.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Possess/maintain a valid state driver's license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English.
• Possess basic computer literacy.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily with or without accommodation.
• Including but not limited to standing, lifting, bending, stooping, walking, crawling, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Push, pull, lift and load up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basis.
• Ascend/descend jet-way stairs while carrying baggage.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft load sheets, checked baggage tags, and cargo labels.
• Ability to understand and react to verbal and visual commands and safety warnings, with and without the assistance of sight or visual aids.
• Work outside in all types of weather and around jet and machinery noises.
Airlines fly around the clock, so our dnata ground service agents need to be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Successful dnata ground service agents are positive and energetic, have the highest regard for safety, and the greatest respect for their fellow team members.
• $1,000 Sign-on Bonus and Summer Pay Incentive
• Weekly pay, 401K, paid time off, paid training, and company uniforms.

• $12.00 per hour base rate +additional $1.00 per hour for summer incentive months May 2nd-September 11th 2021.
