**Description** Would you like to design, deploy, and manage ServiceNow Discovery solutions while working from home? If so, this position could be for you. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing ServiceNow Discovery solutions that meet both current and anticipated requirements. **Responsibilities** **ServiceNow Discovery Administrator** **Responsibilities** + Design, deploy, and manage ServiceNow Discovery solutions for both on-premise and cloud resources + Define, create, and manage the Discovery infrastructure, including schedules, credentials, and mid-servers + Develop, document, implement, and maintain Discovery governance processes, procedures, standards, and policies + Create and maintain Discovery-related documentation + Design, develop, and deploy new Discovery functionality + Ensure that Discovery is performing as expected + Ensure Discovery meets its requirements, including schedule scope, schedule completion and CMDB data population + Define, create, and monitor Discovery health reports and dashboards + Identify, investigate and resolve Discovery issues in a timely manner + Design, implement, and manage Discovery integrations with other systems + Keep Discovery aligned with other methods of populating the CMDB + Raise awareness and provide guidance to improve the understanding of Discovery and how it updates the CMDB + Ensure Discovery meets both the current and anticipated scope + Develop and maintain plans for both project and operational activities and provide project or operational briefings / updates as needed + Communicate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences + 5 years ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) + 5 years experience maintaining a ServiceNow CMDB in support of CI Data Owners as well as other ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Mgt. + 5 years experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), managing enhancement stories from request to deployment + Experience managing CI data in a ServiceNow CMDB + Leadership experience preferred + Experience developing, documenting, and implementing Configuration Mgt. processes, policies, controls, and procedures + Experience creating CI Data Health reports, identifying, and resolving CI data gaps to maintain CI data accuracy + Experience working with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize requirements for process and ServiceNow enhancements + Experience implementing or maintaining the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) + Excellent organization skills and an ability to develop and implement plans for transforming issues / requests to completion + Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple activities + Resourceful, takes the initiative to accomplish goals and objectives + Ability to influence stakeholders to support and comply with the Configuration Management process + Ability to motivate and guide the efforts of others + Strong understanding of the overall IT infrastructure + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences Desired Qualifications + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) + ITIL Foundation certified + ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) experience is a plus **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 <>
