Full Job Description About the Role
Validity seeks an experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team.
The Salesforce Administrator will facilitate the ongoing configuration and development of our salesforce.com deployment. Successful candidate(s) will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes which will enable Sales and Service productivity. The person in this role will be adept at deriving business requirements from stakeholders and translating those into technical deliverables and will play a critical role in the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
• Administer Salesforce.com environment, supporting 350+ users
• Perform detailed and mission-critical Salesforce CPQ development and administrative functions to support our corporate strategy
• Handle routine administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
• Become a trusted resource for all business applications which are peripheral to Salesforce, including Docusign, Docusign CLM, SalesLoft, and other apps.
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
• Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
• Work cross-functionally team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
• Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams
• Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
• Administer related systems (SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, Docusign, etc.)
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Must possess excellent project management skills
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
• Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Strong data management abilities
• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education
• Experience with any industry-leading Contract Lifecycle Management solution (Docusign CLM) highly preferred
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications
