NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR I - TELECOM Information Technology Hours: M-F 8AM-4:30PM Days - Full-time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: OH 2013-75 - 40110C
Job Summary Participates in resolving basic technical problems and providing assistance to Network Technicians with support requests related to the telecommunication needs of the organization, meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. Performs some maintenance work on advanced Cisco Voice Infrastructure. Actively contributes in deployment, implementation, and consultative support efforts in a team environment. # Job Responsibilities Participates in the implementation and support of an advanced Voice Infrastructure that includes Cisco Voice (UC IP phones, Analog devices, video endpoints), Cisco PSTN Voice Gateways, AirWatch MDM (BYOD) and IP Faxing technologies. Collaborates with IT system analysts to integrate both clinical and non-clinical communications with Cisco Voice infrastructure and to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise. Participates in the implementation and onboarding of additional clinics to the network. Analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves voice and faxing issues, in addition to proactively monitoring monthly telephony billing reports, system capacity and license usage. Works with Technology Vendors to troubleshoot ongoing telecommunications performance issues and billing disputes. Provides IT and end user training on voice systems where required. Participates in On Call Rotation 24/7. Assists with planned and emergency maintenance of Cisco Voice Infrastructure. Qualifications High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher required upon hire A minimum of 1 year relevant experience required No licensure/certification/registration required Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills.
