Full Job Description A mail-order pharmacy in Tampa is seeking a mailroom/shipping clerk to join their team immediately. The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, 12p-8p. This will be an immediate need - this employee will start right away.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Label and scan outgoing prescriptions
• Prepare prescriptions and other outgoing parcels for shipment
• Manage inventory of shipping and mail supplies
• Digitize and scan documents as needed
• Arrange package pickups with appropriate carriers
• Sort mail by department and individual employees
• Distribute incoming and interoffice mail in a timely manner
Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equal certification
• 2 years’ mailroom or shipping & receiving experience
• Strong communicator
• Organization
• Multitasker
• Time Management
