Job Purpose:
This position is for an Engineer to work within the CISO and CRS teams and IT Engineering Groups. Specifically, this person will be involved in the engineering work associated with Industrial Control Systems and AWS Cloud solutions for CRS and CISO projects.
Job Background/context:
The CISO team has the need for a Network Engineering Analyst for the Client Realty Services at Client. CISO supports the internal Building Management Systems and the Industrial Controls Systems (ICS) program globally across Client. Client invests large sums of money on Building Management technology and solutions, which you can see deployed in our all locations such as branches, corporate headquarters, campus, and data centres globally.
This individual should have knowledge of Networks, Firewalls and Firewall rules and some Building Management Systems and software as well as a background in some code development and information security. The Ideal candidate will have experience of delivering, analysing, and developing Firewall rules that will be implemented by other teams within Client. These solutions will be migrated to Campuses and Branches across Client enterprises and must show the ability to be a fast on the job learner.
Key Responsibilities:
• To lead the network onboarding solutions for the Industrial Control Systems cloud solution for identified buildings and branches across Client globally. They shall be the main point of contact and expect to become the subject matter expert in the networking piece of the ICS Cloud solution.
• Liaising with key stakeholders in the business, networking, and the operational support teams to ensure the product life cycle is managed.
• They will be tasked with documentation delivery and firewall rule requests that engages the proper teams to implement the ICS Cloud solution to buildings and branches.
• 3rd level technical support as needed.
• Document findings and resolve issues and gaps with the ICS Cloud solution by working with vendors and internal teams within Client.
• Work with various teams to keep the onboarding process moving forward with few delays.
• Experience with Active Directory, certificate management and encryption methods and security protocols.
• Tracking and reporting on test results, issues and resolution of issues found during the onboarding process.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor￢ﾀﾙs degree (in science, computers, information technology or network engineering)
• Up to five years or more experience in an engineering role
• Good understanding of IT security and information security principles
• CISSP or other security related certifications are desirable.
• Knowledge of firewalls and Active Directory
• Knowledge of the project management life cycle (requirements gathering, project skills)
• Entry level CCNA

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required in English
