Full Job Description We are a national property preservation and maintenance company seeking hardworking property preservation contractors or handymen, for immediate work on vacant foreclosure properties. We have a 76% Bid-Approval so far this year & we are seeking to expand in the FL.
As a leader in the property preservation industry, we are looking to build long-lasting relationships with qualified contractors- those dedicated to performing and providing high-quality workmanship. We are looking for someone who is honest, motivated, and dependable with a professional attitude that upholds strong work ethics with excellent communication skills.
To become part of our vendor network, you must have the following requirements:
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Compensation Insurance or Exemption Certificate
- Automobile Insurance
- Pass an Aspen Grove background check
- Computer with high-speed internet service
- Digital Camera or Smart Phone w/ Camera
- Lawn Equipment
- Home repair tools
- Air Compressor
You must have the ability to perform ALL of these tasks and others as needed:
- Document all work before it is conducted with high-quality pictures, as well as, in progress and after shots
- Lock changes
- Lawn mowing and tree/shrub trimming
- Minor home repairs
- Boarding of broken windows & doors
- Trash & debris removals
- General cleaning
- Winterizations
