Provide guidance and oversight to system and advanced system engineers in daily and project activities.
Provide escalation support for engineers.
Coordinate efforts with technology departments.
Provide technical guidance and knowledge to customer and application support departments.
Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications or design, install, configure, and maintain technical infrastructure for the organization.
Support and / or install software ap plications / operating systems.
Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software.
Coordinate technology efforts between departments
