Your contributions to the team would be to:
• Manage the hiring plan for the regions, including building relationships, how we attract diverse candidates and develop robust relationships with strong talent pipelines, recruiting new team members, attending career fairs and networking events, interviewing, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new team members.
• Develop linkages and synergies through common systems, tools, and resources; helping our leaders and team members alike get what matters done in the best way possible.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Works closely with leaders and team members to enhance relationships, foster collaboration, and improve the overall employee experience.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.

To acquire this role, you need to have the following experience:
• Working with leaders and team members to quickly build trusting relationships, so they see you as a partner and problem solver.
• Working in Human Resources for a minimum of 5 years. This will give you an appreciation for the variety of work you'll come across and how nimble you'll need to be. You will have also gathered some helpful HR fundamentals, which you'll need to be successful in the role.

• Applying your business acumen to an organization's problems/challenges and developing solutions that reflect solid judgment
