• Should be a seasoned Java Developer
• Strong in Core Java, Spring, Spring Batch, Hibernate, Collections, Multi-threading, Exception handling
• Ability and confidence in troubleshooting issues such as configuring runtime environments, performance tuning of database queries, operating system compatibility
• Hands on experience with ability to lead small teams.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology
• Must be a strong team player, good with customer communications
