The Systems Administrator Office365 is responsible for the Configuration, Migration, Administration, Documentation, and Training of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Tenants and Applications.
After the initial 90-day onboarding period, this role will also assume responsibility as part of the monthly rotation for the swing shift hours (Friday through Tuesday, 1:00p.m. until 9:30p.m.) to support the Straz Center operations. This position will also be a member of the on-call rotation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Office 365 Administration 40%
• Configuration, Migration, and Administration of the entire Office 365 tenant environment including: SharePoint Online (Sites, Subsites, Permissions, Meta tagging, Data retention, Document libraries), OneDrive, Teams, Forms, PowerApp
• Create custom implantation plans for each area of Office 365 including training to maximize user adoption
• Create and maintain, standard operating procedures/policies/documentation.
• Review current processes/integrations and recommend/implement more modern processes utilizing Office365 technologies
• Utilize a help desk system to track, document issues and provide updates according to our internal service level agreements
• Participate in Change Management procedures.
Azure Services 25%
• Configuration, Migration, Administration, Documentation, and Training of End Point Manager / Intune to deploy, support, and secure endpoint devices in a distributed network using endpoint manager
• Maintain Azure Active Directory integration with on-premises applications
• Ensure our Office 365 and Azure configurations are maintained with cyber security best practices.
Operational Support 30%
• Provide basic operational support and troubleshooting for our ticket scanners, point of sale system, wireless and wired networks.
• Patch Tier One systems as part of an existing fully developed procedure.
Special Projects 5%
• Assist IT team with daily procedures, special projects, and other duties as needed.
MINIMUM HIRING SPECIFICATIONS
Education/Training:
High school diploma and 3 years of equivalent work experience in executing advanced Office365 migrations.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Troubleshooting skills and deductive reasoning sufficient to gather relevant symptoms, deduce probable cause, research information sources, as necessary, and resolve the problem in the minimum amount of time.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees within the organization, as well as strategic vendors and business partners outside of the organization.

• Conditional Access
• Applicant must obtain Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification within 12 months.

• Ability to work and communicate with non-technical staff
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of the IT team
• Ability to manage priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
