The Ancillary Billing Support Analyst will help manage client relationships from a finance operations perspective involving recording of new budget assignments, Billing Workflow matter and user access related setups, drive Matter Management knowledge transfer transition, provide comprehensive and commercially focused Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) support as well as ensure that effective matter management practices are in place and being followed.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients for Partners and In Market Business Partners to record and update budget assignments in Budget Tracker tool
• Drive and conduct the knowledge transfer session with In Market Business Partners for new Partners and Client’s matter management Transition and Billing Workflow Transition
• Manage and maintain SAP Billing Workflow matter and User access maintenance setups
• Implement Time Entry and Soft Costs Restrictions; Mass Matter and Client closure and payment terms setups
• Interact and coordinate with other teams as needed, including E-billing, Pricing, Matter Management and down-stream activities related to finance operations
• Manage client and Partner expectations with respect to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as defined by the Global Process Owners and work within already established and agreed parameters
• Work with colleagues to develop new best practices and identify new efficiencies in accordance with a culture of continuous improvement
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree of any business related courses
• Strong related work experience, preferably within a professional services environment
• Proven ability to confidently influence, interact and consult with senior leaders regarding finance processes, guidelines and compliances
• Can demonstrate in operational efficiency and financial accounting
• Flexibility to work a reasonable shifting schedule is required
• Working proficiency in using MS Office and other productivity tool
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly with positive energy, forward thinking, and high ethical standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal effectively at all levels throughout an international firm
