Full Job Description Specific Job Function:
•
Ensure that the storage areas within the Assembly Line are stocked and ready for production.
• Provides guidance to the material handler that is bring in materials for the line.
• Ensures that the transactions for incoming and outgoing product are being completed.
• Becomes a expert on how the line works to offer assistance when issues arise with machinery.
• Tracks and traces specific orders or job numbers.
• Tracks and traces materials and inventory by SKU as needed
• Provides reporting for documentation errors created internally and externally
• Verifies actual counts reported on documentation and provides notifications when errors are identified with incoming material.
• Provide guidance to the material support team.
• Problem solves any issues that affect the production rate in support of the line lead.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• Minimum 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training of team members.
• Previous lead or supervisor experience .
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail, A sense of urgency.
• Problem solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
Education Required
• Bachelor of Science or better
