Full Job Description Paladin Consulting is currently hiring Document Specialists to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Owensboro, KY.

Job Title: Document Prepper
Work Location: Owensboro, KY
Duration: 6-7 week project
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school
Job Description:
• 8-10 people needed for a 6-7 week project.
• 2-3 Scanners
• 4-5 Prep workers - removing staples, preparing documents to be scanned
• 1 person to rebuild packets after scanning
• 1 Runner to move files from shelves and put back; help out in other capacities as needed
Responsibilities:
• Preparing files to be imaged
• Tasks - removing staples, unfolding pages, inserting section separation sheets, jogging sheets, load into scanner, photocopying, printing separator sheets, barcode scanning, some moving of file carts and some lifting up to 30 pounds, some cleaning
• Moving file boxes
