Way Routes, Inc. (FedEx Contractor) is hiring a CDL A OTR Dry Van Team Drivers.  The driver will haul dry consumer goods throughout the continental U.S. as a contractor for FedEx Ground.  Way Routes focuses on paying competitively, providing reliable home time, and offering great benefits.
Compensation
• Average weekly pay: $2,100 per driver
• Base $0.70 - $0.75 CPM per driver with an average of 5,500 miles weekly per team
• Per diem pay included in base
• All dispatched miles (loaded and unloaded) are paid
• Bonuses include:
• Referral: $500
• Sign-on: $8,000 per driver which is paid out quarterly over the first year
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
• Home Time: Increases based on how you like to run.  The longer you're out, the more consecutive days you'll have at home.  Home time starts at 2 days for drivers who stay out for 1 week. For every week you are out, you gain 2 days home with a maximum of 8 days home at a time.

• 2019 - 2021 Brand new Volvo and Freightliner trucks with fridges and microwaves

• Governed speed: 65 mph

Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
• No major violations in last 3 years
• Doubles endorsements required, but it can be obtained upon hire
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Drivers can live anywhere in the lower 48 states, but drivers in these areas will see increased home time: MO, IA, IL, IN, KY, TN, AR, OK, KS, NE, or FL
