Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at B-Yond.
What you will do...
• Develop end-to-end assurance architecture & stories for business customers
• Synthetize business and technical requirements into technical solutions
• Manage solution design, with internal and external suppliers
• Work closely with product teams from assurance & AIOps internal verticals to deliver solutions to customers
• Partner with the delivery team to recommend the most appropriate solution to customers
• Act as a technical liaison between customer, engineering teams, and support.
• Participate in customer facing discussions & decisions for design of software solutions
• Conduct training sessions and share best practices knowledge
• Translate customer features/master feature requests into stories & tasks
• Be engaged in multiple projects

• Analyze customer business and network challenges and design a comprehensive solution that integrates smoothly with customers’ environment.
• Knowledgeable in the assurance space, with AI/ML a big plus
What success looks like…
• Demonstrate good written skills to document solutions in proposals, and possess strong verbal skills to negotiate scope, approaches, etc
• Demonstrate strong customer interface skills and particularly in being technically credible working in a pre and post-sales environment
• Deliver robust solutions to customers that operate as designed and as desired

The skills and experience that will help you succeed…
• Experience in wired and mobile networks GPON, UMTS/HSPA(3G), LTE(4G), 5G
• Experience in Telecommunications operational network procedures and fault and performance management
• Exposure to software applications in the space and the delivery of the same
• Significant experience in information technologies, cloud services, & deployment
• Effectiveness in working across teams (internal & external) to define and manage end to end software solutioning.
• Ability to create effective solutions utilizing software
• Particular skills in
• Integration & API Design
• Agile Deliver Methodologies
• User Story Creation
• Architectural Design Principles
