Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Manager in Plano, TX. Summary: Our mission in Retail Operations is to make things easier for our retail field teams so they can invest more time with the consumers that experience mobile products. As a Leader of Sales Enablement, you will own the strategies, processes, and tools that enable our teams to deliver premium consumer experiences to drive growth and success. Responsibilities:
• You will collaborate with all Retail Account Channels, Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Technology, Service, Finance, HR, Field, and Strategy teams at both Global and North American levels to bring operational execution and services to life in retail
• As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be the central support for our retail field team throughout the buyer's journey
• Communication, strategic mindset, collaboration, organizational savvy, project management and technical ability are vital pieces of the job
• As a complex organization, the Sales Enablement Manager will be key in facilitating alignment amongst cross-functional teams
• You will gather insights and execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes and ultimately align to broader company goals
• You will evaluate metrics and impact, tracking sales enablement metrics and KPIs vital to the growth and success of the organization
• Demonstrate the business impact of their enablement efforts leading to stakeholder buy-in and support for future endeavors will be vital
• The Sales Enablement Manager will oversee end-to-end performance, developing current and new enablement initiatives
• This will include design of the programs, gaining buy-in, delivering potential training and onboarding and seeking feedback
• Paying close attention to what works well and what doesn't, the Sales Enablement Manager will be agile in optimizing approach
• Bachelor's degree plus an additional 5 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
• Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
• Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
• Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal)
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple accounts and operations
• Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work within a large dynamic team and drive end to end planning
• Adaptability to move at the pace of consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed
