MUST HAVE:
• Minimum 2 E2E SAP Implementations in SAP S/4HANA embedded EWM Functional or side-by-side implementation experience is preferred in local English language
• Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline is required with minimum of 8+ Years' experience in a progressive responsibility expanding capability with focus in area of implementing & supporting
• Full cycle Implementation of Extended Warehouse Management module
• Expert skill level in EWM Inbound Process, Outbound Process, RF applications with SAP Console and ITS Mobile applications, RICEF, cockpits and complex reports for streamlining the works and managing subsequent activities smoothly to provide tailored solutions as per customer requirements.
• Provided guidance to customers in SAP EWM and WMS Gap-Fit analysis, logistics operation assessments, Develop proof-of-concept and prototype solutions in EWM. Develop and deliver SAP EWM and WM training courses and lead blueprint workshops.
• Experience in the functional integration areas of extended warehouse management(EWM), Warehouse management (WM), Inventory Management, Logistics execution System (LES), Materials Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD) with interfacing knowledge in PP, QM, FI and third party interfaces.
• Extended Warehouse Management (EWM): EWM Structure, ERP and EWM Integration, EWM Master Data, Warehouse Process Types, Warehouse Monitor and RF Framework, Goods Receipt Process, Goods Issue Process, Production Integration, Storage Control (Process Oriented and Layout Oriented), Physical Inventory, Warehouse Order creation, Post processing Framework (PPF), Labor Management, Yard Management, Cross-Docking, Kitting, Slotting and Re-arrangement, Resource Optimization and Exception Handling.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead in Requirement gathering, designing, configuring the system
• Responsible for multiple warehouses configuration, design and testing processes
• Prepare all the documentation in and train the Super / End users
• Manage Confidential ’s Warehouses(SAP EWM/WM ) operations in areas such as providing production support, development of customer support processes, technical planning and work coordination
• Perform Gap analysis and evaluated all needed WRICEF objects required to meet the business requirements for warehousing processes.
• Involve in setting up complete ECC- EWM Integration for successful communication between two systems for Master data(CIF) and Transaction data(qRFC)
• Deliver urgent Enhancements that are business critical
• Perform necessary configuration for various logistics execution and inventory management processes in SAP EWM and ECC systems
• Design and configured Process Oriented storage control for both outbound and Inbound processes.
• Configure putaway and pick strategies based on quantity classification and implemented putaway and pick BADI’s to meet strategy requirements
