Full Job Description The Commonwealth Yacht Club Restaurant is located inside Green Turtle Bay Resort & Marina.
CYC Serves our membership as well as our condo and transient boat guests.
We are searching for the right individual to join our team and lead an excellent crew, promote a social camaraderie within our members and guests, and well as manage and continue to grow an already well established business. We offer a competitive wage and benefits.
REQUIREMENTS
* A positive attitude
*Strong leadership qualities and able to motivate others by positivity and leading by example
*A willingness and the capability to work along side crew in all aspect of the restaurant, from back to front of the house
*Must have a strong desire to be among and enjoy people
*Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Capable of catching on quickly to various software systems
*Must have knowledge and experience in table service and management
*Prefer candidate to have knowledge and experience in food and beverage inventory or a strong willingness and capability to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
