Nighthawk Security Company is seeking applicants for the Security Officer position.
Overview
Uniformed Security Officers will be conducting security and clerical duties for one of our clients in their area. Officers will be responsibly for some of the following tasks depending on their assigned location:
• Patrol Rounds
• Daily Logs
• Truck Logs
• Answering the Phone and Directing Calls
• Signing In/Out employees, contractors, visitors, etc..
Advancement and Career Opportunity

Requirements
A federal background check and drug screen will be conducted prior to employment. Applicants cannot have any Felony Charges, Drug Charges, Violence Charges, etc.. on their background to be considered for employment. Applicants must also be 19 years or older to be considered for our positions. Nighthawk Security requires that all employees to have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s license. Employees are expected to be at work and be on time.
WE WILL 100% BE CONDUCTING A NATIONAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
OUR DRUG TESTS ALSO CHECK THE URINE TEMPERATURE TO ENSURE THE SAMPLE PROVIDED IS FROM THAT PERSON AND BODY TEMPERATURE.
Interview Process
Once an applicant has been screened on the phone and setup for a face-to-face interview, they will have to show up for the scheduled face-to-face interview for further consideration.
These face-to-face interviews will take 3-6 hours pending on how many are present for their interview. If hired, there is a New Hire Orientation conducted the same day along with the new employee being sized and fitted for their uniforms. Uniforms are usually issued the same day.
Training
Nighthawk Security provides Paid Training to employees. Prior to being setup for training, employees will have the schedule for the location and the training schedule discussed and agreed upon to ensure employee happiness.
Nighthawk Security has a Trainer present and conducting the training for the employee, once training is completed and verified, the employee will be moved to a normal schedule and no longer be on a training schedule. This ensures the employee is setup for success in their new position.
