Full Job Description Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Associate job in Owensboro, KY. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Associate job include:
• Coordination of new business and/or established projects
• Interact with design, planning, account management, and shipping to coordinate customer requirements on projects assigned.
• Request quotes from vendors as needed and compile internal quotation packet for management approval for new projects and when demand quantities require a new quote to the customer.
• Support Account Managers in review of customer specs.
• Support Account Management by developing and updating costing sheets and maintaining Bill of Materials on all SKU’s produced for a customer.
• Inventory Item set up and add substitutes when needed
• Develop and maintain Product Structure including both hard copy and electronic file documentation. Update both as project progresses.
• Maintain project and customer files. Archive files as directed by Account Management. Inactive items and product structures when jobs are complete.
• Assist Account Management by printing reports and research as requested.
• Participate in First Articles for all new and existing projects.
• All duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Well developed written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels within the organization
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Good analytical skills and independent decision-making.
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of computers – including Microsoft office applications
• Two or four year college degree preferred
Hours are Monday- Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM.
Starting pay is $15.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience
