Full Job Description We are thrilled to announce that our U.S. expansion is underway. After years of success servicing select areas of the United States, we plan to move into all 50 states by 2022 and we need your help to do it. The Work Itself
• Provide assistance to customers by answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Place and/or facilitate customer orders, resolve complicated customer concerns, respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic technical problems
• Ability to understand and interpret account balances and activity
• Service internal requests and communicate effectively with support staff
• Partner with operations teams to assist in client feedback and development of applications to improve client experiences
The Skills You Bring
• Minimum 1 year customer service or sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong desire to provide an outstanding customer experience and provide sales support
• Able to exercise independent thought and judgment and adapt to new tasks with little notice.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
• Willing to work flexible schedules and overtime when necessary to meet business needs
