Job Summary:
+ The Electronic Visitor Verification (EVV) Help Desk Liaison/ Waiver Case Manager will be responsible for entering and maintaining participant data in Tellus- the state approved and mandated electronic visit verification system. This position will also be responsible for carrying a small caseload.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ BS/BA degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or other human services degree, as approved by DDID
OR
+ RN licensure.
+ One (1) year experience in working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
+ Must possess and maintain valid driver's license and have access to reliable means of transportation for job-related use.

Relocation is not provided and travel is regularly required
