Full-Time Job Details Description The Manager, Logistics and Distribution will be responsible for enhancing Bloomin’ Brands logistics and distribution programs by driving service improvements to our Kitchen Managers and optimizing cost metrics. The role will help create distribution infrastructure that aligns to Bloomin’ Brands growth strategies by ensuring all Bloomin’ Brands product are delivered by the best channel at the right service level and cost. The role is based in our Tampa, FL Restaurant Support Center and will be needed onsite immediately (will not be fully remote).  ESSENTIAL DUTIES Service Provider Management - Manage relationships and performance based on SLA’s with key logistics and distribution partners, including leading QBR’s and site visits as necessary. Optimization - Develop, recommend, and present opportunities for distribution and logistics cost reductions and service improvements to Sr. Leaders of Supply Chain Change Management - Create and manage RFP process for logistics and distribution partners, including awarding business, implementation and internal change management. Internal Stakeholder Alignment - Develop and maintain relationships with key supply chain, concept and cross functional teams. Keep all key stakeholders aligned with logistics and distribution strategies and underlying tactics Reporting & Analytics- Build and manage metrics to identify systemic logistics issues and utilize root cause analysis to drive improvement. Contracting- Coordinate the execution of logistics and distributor agreements. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience/Skills: 5-7 years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in logistics and distribution Experience working in food service, grocery or produce logistics and distribution Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution / supply chain Effectively communicate and build relationships with all levels of people in the organization   Qualifications
