Full Job Description Servers and Server Assistance We are seeking Servers, Server Assistants, Hosts to become an integral part of the On Swann team in Hyde Park Village!
Previous experience in upscale, high volume restaurant required.
You will provide the On Swann experience of indulgence. Are you passionate about food, beverage, hospitality?
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service fields, 2 year minimum required
• Great energy and can interact well with others
• Thrives to please others
• Ability to build relationships with guests
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Explain to guests about menu items
• Clean and prepare the dining areas
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
