Description SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
This position is responsible for accessing a database to create and produce reports and files for numerous financial institutions on a daily basis and in accordance with established deadlines. Complete End of Day procedures for each financial institution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Format financial institution files by creating image cash letter files, archive files, posting files, and IPOD reports: verify for accuracy of information and dollar totals.
• Complete assigned task list and release each final institution to Server Room for Transmission in accordance with daily deadlines.
• Handle customer email requests: resolve issues and respond to the customer.
• Report any production issues to the Resolutions Team.
• Key, repair, and balance POD work.
• Prepare and email balance sheets to each financial institution.
Requirements Qualifications
• One to three years of experience in banking or related field.
• Ten key by touch.
• Ability to work proficiently in all aspects of MS Windows and the various versions.
• Experience with Secure FTP file transfer systems.
• Well developed ability to utilize various web-based applications.
• Ability to work in a deadline oriented, fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to a quickly changing daily environment.
• Excellent math skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
