Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand and re v i ews a l l ne c essary l oan d o c ume n t s f o r a cc ura c y, p r i or t o c losin g .
• Follow up on l o a n f i les for s p e c i f i ed d o c u me n t s a nd c lear u p any / a l l loan ex c e p t i ons .
• P r e p a r e and or g anize loan p a c k ages for p res e n t me n t t o Lo a n C o m m i tt ee m e m b er s .

• Contribute to a s u pp or ti v e lea r n i n g e n vi r o n me n t b y s h a r i ng k n o wledg e .
• D em o ns t ra t e t h e a b i l i t y t o ma i n t a i n con t i nu o us, o p e n and c onsistent c o m muni c a t i on w i t h s t aff a nd c l i e n t s.
• Review title reports for ownership, vesting, exceptions to be cleared, and verification of lien position.
• Review uniform commercial code search for verification of lien position
• Review corporate searches, articles, partnership agreements, etc. to identify legal borrowing entity.
• Completes post- closing review of all documents to ascertain proper execution, proof of disclosures, and identify note exceptions.
• Originates and updates credit, documentation files in an organized manner, including clearing exceptions.
• Performs various administrative duties for the loan officer (i.e. Miscellaneous reports, correspondence, memorandums, prepares weekly and monthly reports before deadlines, assists loan officer in daily activities, etc.
• Calls on past due loan accounts and overdrafts as needed.
• Meet customers in a professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

· E x p er i ence wor k i ng w i t h T reas u ry S e r vi c es p ro d u ct s
· Experience working with Underwriting and Portfolio Management
· Experience working with Title companies on loan closings
· 5 y ears o f B a n ki n g E x p e r i e nce
· 4- Year Un d e r g r a d ua t e D e g r ee (e . g . , B S or B A ) p ref er a b ly w i t h a b usi n ess o r f i n a nce fo c us or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Pr o f i c i e nt w i t h M i c ro s oft Off i c e S u i t e
· Mu s t p ossess a v a l i d d r iv e r’s l i c ense
