In 2021, we are recognizing our Talent with brand-new pay packages in our OTR – Van and Team Werner fleets:
• Solo Van Drivers- Up to a 4 cent per mile pay increase which is $3,500-$5,500 annually.
• $55,000+ annual pay
• Full Teams- 4 cent per mile increase which is $5,000-$6,000 annual per driver increase.
• $62,000 - $72,000+ per driver
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Team Select mileage bonus
• $130,000 - $150,000 annually to the truck
• Full Teams with hazmat now paid $150,000 to $160,000 annually to the truck
• $1,300 Guaranteed Weekly Pay for the first 12 weeks
Great Bonuses:
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Team & Team Match drivers.
• $2,000 - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus on several solo accounts paid out in 3-4 months.
• $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay out to 12 weeks on select accounts.

Driver Requirements:
• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must meet DOT requirements and pass a DOT physical, which includes substance screening
• Must have a safe driving record
• Must have good work history
• Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the job
