Full Job Description The Customer Care Associate will provide information to callers in response to account questions, placing orders, errors, and other queries.
Core Responsibilities:
• Professionally handle incoming requests from callers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Responsible for assisting an average of 45-55 callers per day
• Can resolve customer queries as per defined process flows
• Resolve queries to the satisfaction of the customer
• Follow through to ensure all questions and issues are resolved
• Recognize when issues need escalation
Qualifications:
• High School/GED required
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in related field
• Must work well under pressure
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge (Internet, Windows OS, MS Office, etc.)
• 10-key operation by touch
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 per hour
