HR SYSTEMS ANALYST Business & Information Technology Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am- 5pm with flexibility Day Shift - Full Time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: EX E31 - 30.4500 - 38.2500
Position Highlights: ######The HR Systems Analyst will provide technical expertise to the Human Resources Department to configure, test, document, report, analyze, implement and support automated solutions for ongoing, routine and new initiatives within the department.# The individual in this position will participate in or manage upgrades, uploads, and interfaces affecting HR and provide data and web support and any training related to internal department applications.# It will be essential for this individual to determine the specific needs of the HR Department, understand and address impact on other service lines, and map out and implement strategies for improving processes or implementing new software. # The Ideal Candidate Will Have: ## Preferred - Experience in healthcare setting. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications for business (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, OneNote, etc.). # Responsibilities: Implements or upgrades software as needed by Human Resources, and tests applications within the department. ## Monitors system performance, identifies processes that need remediation, and determines corrective actions when needed. Manages User Security for various HR Systems and Software. Identifies and Implements system enhancements for process improvements or programs HR modules of the ERP to meet the needs of the business. Creates and maintains system documentation. Designs, develops and maintains an intranet web page for HRIS to be used as resource for all team members.# Creates reports for one-time requests or ongoing needs, using various tools, including MS Access, MS Excel, or SQL.# # Credentials and Qualifications: ######Bachelor#s Degree in Human Resources, IT, or directly related Business field required. ######Project management certification, such as PMP, CAPM, CPM, PPM, CSM, CSSBB/CSSGB, or other relevant and approved certification, completed within two years of starting in this role.# ######A minimum of three (3) years# information system development, implementation, and system support for Human Resources systems at both the functional and technical layers, which includes a working knowledge of SQL, query writing, and data mining required.##*Six (6) years of progressive HRIS and or/IT experience can be counted in lieu of a bachelor#s degree and minimum experience. * ######A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with a core ERP (i.e., Lawson/Infor, Workday, PeopleSoft) and other HR software or services for Benefits, Applicant Tracking, Team Member Evaluation required.#
